Natalia has spent more than 20 years in tech recruitment, building hiring engines for some of the most demanding employers on the market — from Fortune-500 fintechs to fast-scaling product companies. She designed the system NGRS is built on: an embedded model that re-architects how a company hires so it can carry surge volumes with a wow-effect at every touchpoint.

Beyond running engagements, Natalia is the author of training programmes for hiring managers — turning the patterns from 100+ scaling projects into something a client's own team can use. She's the main entry point for new clients and writes regularly on tech hiring on the NGRS Insights blog.

Outside of work: a freediving champion — practising what the rest of us call "thinking under pressure" at depth, on a single breath.
