Our story

From 2007 to 110+ consultants: why "embedded" exists

NGRS started from a simple observation: fast-growing companies kept asking traditional agencies for more CVs, and the answer to "we need 50+ engineers in weeks" was never more CVs. It was a different way of working — getting inside the hiring engine and rebuilding it for volume.

NGRS — Next Generation Recruitment Services — was founded in 2007 and has grown into a team of 110+ consultants and 24–40 dedicated sourcers. In the last 12 months alone: 30+ active clients and 400+ positions closed.
